HubSpot's new pricing: five setups priced

    7 min read·Last verified 3 October 2026

These HubSpot pricing examples show what five typical businesses would pay on HubSpot's new seats-and-credits pricing, which new customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa have bought since 1 October 2026. The short answer: small email-heavy teams can pay more than they expect, and Professional sometimes costs less than Starter. Each figure below was produced by running our calculator's engine, not typed by hand.

If you're new to the model, start with HubSpot's new pricing model explained. Prices come from HubSpot's Flexible Seats-and-Credits Pricing supplement, as published on 2 October 2026. They are monthly list prices in EUR, excluding VAT.

Five HubSpot pricing examples at a glance

Five setups on HubSpot's new pricing: recommended edition and monthly list price (our calculation)
    Setup Recommended edition Monthly cost
    A. Small marketing team in Sweden Starter €160
    B. Marketing and sales team in the Netherlands Professional €1,570
    C. Support-led business in Germany Enterprise €5,450
    D. Email-heavy small team in France Professional €1,240
    E. Growing sales team in Denmark Professional €720

Every setup pays for seats first: Core seats on every edition, plus Front Office seats on Professional and Enterprise for people who work with customers every day. What moves the total after that is activity. Emails, workflow actions and AI agents all use HubSpot Credits.

How every edition compares for each setup

The recommended edition isn't always the lowest one that fits. Here is what each edition would cost for the same setup, so you can see the gaps.

Monthly cost of every edition for each setup (our calculation, HubSpot list prices)
    Setup Starter Professional Enterprise
    A. Small marketing team in Sweden €160 €230 €270
    B. Marketing and sales team in the Netherlands Doesn't fit €1,570 €1,720
    C. Support-led business in Germany Doesn't fit Doesn't fit €5,450
    D. Email-heavy small team in France €1,530 €1,240 €1,360
    E. Growing sales team in Denmark Doesn't fit €720 €1,080

"Doesn't fit" means the edition can't do something the setup needs: a test sandbox, more than 10 paid seats, or workflows.

    The five setups in detail

    A. Small marketing team in Sweden: Starter at €160 a month

The setup: 3 Core users, 2,000 records, 1,000 marketing emails a month.

The result: Starter, at €160 a month in HubSpot list prices (our calculation). Starter is the lowest edition that covers what you need, and the cheapest for your usage.

Where the credits go: It doesn't need any email or workflow packs. Its remaining usage needs about 15,000 credits a month against 5,000 included, so it buys 10 capacity packs of 1,000 credits. If those extra credits aren't bought, HubSpot pauses credit-using features once the included allowance runs out.

    B. Marketing and sales team in the Netherlands: Professional at €1,570 a month

The setup: 2 Front Office and 3 Core users, 20,000 records, 10,000 emails and 20,000 workflow actions a month.

The result: Professional, at €1,570 a month in HubSpot list prices (our calculation). Professional is the lowest edition that covers what you need, and the cheapest for your usage.

Where the credits go: It buys the Email sends 10,000 and Growth workflow actions packs. Everything it does is covered without dipping into its 10,000 included credits.

    C. Support-led business in Germany: Enterprise at €5,450 a month

The setup: 10 Front Office and 5 Core users, a test sandbox, 100,000 records, 100,000 emails, 500,000 workflow actions and 1,000 customer agent resolutions a month.

The result: Enterprise, at €5,450 a month in HubSpot list prices (our calculation). Enterprise is the only edition that covers what you need. Starter doesn't include a test sandbox. Professional doesn't include a test sandbox.

Where the credits go: It buys the Email sends 100,000 and Growth workflow actions packs. Its remaining usage needs about 50,000 credits a month against 15,000 included, so it buys 35 capacity packs of 1,000 credits. If those extra credits aren't bought, HubSpot pauses credit-using features once the included allowance runs out.

    D. Email-heavy small team in France: Professional at €1,240 a month

The setup: 4 Core users, 5,000 records, 10,000 emails a month.

The result: Professional, at €1,240 a month in HubSpot list prices (our calculation). Professional works out cheaper than Starter: Starter can't buy email or workflow packs, so your usage would need 145 extra credit packs.

Where the credits go: It buys the Email sends 10,000 pack. Everything it does is covered without dipping into its 10,000 included credits.

    E. Growing sales team in Denmark: Professional at €720 a month

The setup: 12 Core users on a sales pipeline.

The result: Professional, at €720 a month in HubSpot list prices (our calculation). Professional is the lowest edition that covers what you need, and the cheapest for your usage.

Where the credits go: It doesn't need any email or workflow packs. Everything it does is covered without dipping into its 10,000 included credits.

What these HubSpot pricing examples show

Seats set the floor, usage sets the swing

Setup A is a small team, and its seats cost the least of the five. Yet Starter still lands at €160 a month, because 1,000 marketing emails use far more credits than the edition includes. Every email HubSpot sends uses credits, except one-to-one email from your own inbox. Our guide to what a HubSpot email costs now walks through the per-email maths.

Starter can't buy packs, which can make Professional cheaper

Setup D sends 10,000 emails a month. On Starter that volume has to be covered with extra credits, because Starter can't buy email packs, so Starter comes to €1,530. Professional can buy the 10,000-send email pack, and lands at €1,240. We tell the full story in why HubSpot Professional can be cheaper than Starter.

Packs make heavy use much cheaper per unit

Setups B and C send tens of thousands of emails and run thousands of workflow actions. Packs cover that usage at a much lower unit cost than paying in credits. Setup C also uses the customer agent, which runs on credits, so it still buys capacity packs on top. See HubSpot capacity packs compared for the per-unit numbers.

The seat cap pushes growing teams up

Setup E has 12 people. Starter is capped at 10 paid seats, so the team has to buy Professional, at €720 a month, even though it needs none of Professional's extra features.

Why we don't compare these with the old prices

Old and new HubSpot pricing aren't directly comparable, so we don't put the two side by side. The old model charged per hub and tier, with marketing contacts billed separately and a set number of seats bundled into each plan. The new model sells one edition for the whole account, charges for Core and Front Office seats individually, counts all records instead of marketing contacts, and meters activity in credits. Because the units are different and seats are bundled differently, any like-for-like comparison would rest on assumptions about how a business maps to hubs that HubSpot itself doesn't make. New customers in EMEA can only buy the new model anyway.

    How we worked these out

    • For each setup we priced Starter, Professional and Enterprise, ruled out editions that can't do what the setup needs, and picked the cheapest of the rest.
    • Seat, credit, pack and add-on prices are HubSpot's published list prices from the supplement.
    • Where HubSpot hasn't said how something works, we use our reading of its terms. Credit bands work like tax bands, packs are used before included credits, and extra credits are bought in whole 1,000-credit capacity packs.
    • Not included: VAT, discounts, local-currency pricing and onboarding fees, which HubSpot hasn't published for this model.

Our tracker of what HubSpot has and hasn't confirmed lists the open questions that could change these numbers.

    Frequently asked questions

How much does HubSpot cost on the new pricing?

It depends on your seats and activity. In our five examples the monthly list price ranged from the low hundreds of euros for a small Starter team to several thousand for a large Enterprise account. Run your own numbers in the calculator.

Why don't you compare these with HubSpot's old prices?

The two models use different units. The old model charged per hub, tier and marketing contact with seats bundled into plans; the new one charges per seat, counts all records and meters activity in credits. A like-for-like comparison isn't possible without guessing.

Why is Professional sometimes cheaper than Starter?

Starter can't buy email or workflow packs, so heavy email use has to be paid for in extra credits. Professional can buy packs, which cost far less per email at volume.

    Are onboarding fees included?

No. HubSpot hasn't published onboarding fees for the new model yet.

Where do the prices come from?

HubSpot's Flexible Seats-and-Credits Pricing supplement, as published on 2 October 2026. All prices are EUR list prices excluding VAT.
