What HubSpot has and hasn't confirmed about its new pricing

    5 min read·Last verified 3 October 2026

This tracker logs the HubSpot pricing changes of 2026 for new customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa: what HubSpot has confirmed, what it has changed, and what it still hasn't said. In short, the seats-and-credits model launched on 1 October 2026, Core and Front Office seats replaced the earlier seat names within a day, and nine questions remain open.

For the full explanation of the model, read our guide to HubSpot's new pricing model. Prices on this page come from HubSpot's Flexible Seats-and-Credits Pricing supplement, as published on 2 October 2026. The newest entries are at the top.

Changelog of HubSpot pricing changes in 2026

    3 October 2026

    • This tracker published.
    • All prices checked against HubSpot's supplement on 2 October 2026.

    2 October 2026

    • HubSpot's supplement now lists Core Seats and Front Office Seats. These replace the seat figures shown on an earlier version of the same page.
    • That earlier version listed "GTM Seats" at €20 / €100 / €175 (Starter / Professional / Enterprise) and "Ops Seats" at €50. Those figures are superseded and shouldn't be used to price anything.
    • Many articles published on 1 October still quote the earlier figures. If a page prices "GTM Seats" or "Ops Seats", it's out of date.

    The current seat prices:

Current HubSpot seat prices per seat per month, as published on 2 October 2026
    Seat Starter Professional Enterprise
    Core Seat €20 €60 €90
Front Office Seat Not available €120 €150

The Front Office Seat includes Core access and replaces the old Sales, Service and Revenue Seats. Starter offers Core Seats only and is capped at 10 paid seats. See Core vs Front Office seats for who needs which.

    1 October 2026

    • The new model launches for new customers in EMEA.
    • HubSpot's own documents still describe it as a "Limited Release" program.
    • The pilot had begun earlier in the Nordics and Benelux.
    • Existing customers stay on their current model.

    Not yet confirmed

HubSpot hasn't confirmed any of the following. We show each as unknown and don't guess.

Open questions about HubSpot's new pricing and their status on 2 October 2026
    Question Status
Onboarding fees on the new model Unknown
Whether "starts at" prices assume monthly or annual terms Unknown
Local-currency prices Unknown; HubSpot publishes euros only
The exact EMEA country list Unknown; the UK is unconfirmed
Whether credit tiers are graduated Unknown
Order of consumption between packs, included and purchased credits Unknown
Nonprofit discount on the new model Unknown
How free-CRM portals upgrading in EMEA are treated Unknown
Migration date for existing customers Unknown; HubSpot reserves the right to move legacy subscriptions

To produce an estimate, our calculator has to pick an answer for two of these. It treats credit tiers as graduated and uses packs first, then included credits, then purchased credits, buying extra credits in whole 1,000-credit packs. That's our reading, and the calculator labels it as an assumption.

    Why the open questions matter

Some of these gaps can move a quote a long way. Whether "starts at" means monthly or annual terms changes how you compare a quote with a budget. Whether credit bands are graduated changes the credit count for anyone sending more than 10,000 emails or running more than 10,000 workflow actions a month. And until onboarding fees are published, any first-year total is incomplete.

    Unverified claims we've seen

Some figures are circulating that we can't trace to HubSpot's published documents. We don't repeat the numbers, but you should treat these kinds of claims with care:

    • Claims about how many SKUs or products HubSpot cut. HubSpot's supplement doesn't state a before-and-after count.
    • Contact limits per edition. HubSpot publishes record capacity across all objects, not contact limits. Pages quoting contact limits for Starter or Professional aren't using HubSpot's figures.
    • Local-currency prices. HubSpot publishes this model in euros only. Prices in other currencies presented as HubSpot list prices are conversions or guesses.
    • The earlier seat prices presented as current. See the 2 October entry above.

If you find a claim that isn't on this list, check it against the supplement before relying on it.

    How we update this page

We check HubSpot's supplement and supporting documents and add a dated entry when something changes. Every article on this site shows a "Last verified" date and the price version it uses, so you can tell whether it reflects the latest change.

For worked numbers on the current prices, see HubSpot's new pricing: five setups priced and why Professional can be cheaper than Starter.

    Frequently asked questions

When did HubSpot's new pricing launch?

On 1 October 2026, for new customers in EMEA. The pilot had begun earlier in the Nordics and Benelux.

What happened to GTM Seats and Ops Seats?

They appeared on an earlier version of HubSpot's page. By 2 October 2026 HubSpot's supplement listed Core Seats and Front Office Seats instead, so the earlier figures are superseded.

Has HubSpot confirmed onboarding fees for the new model?

No. Onboarding fees on the new model are not yet confirmed.

Is the UK included in the new pricing?

Unconfirmed. HubSpot hasn't published the exact list of EMEA countries.

Are there official prices in pounds or dollars?

Not for this model. HubSpot publishes the new model in euros only, so other currencies you see are conversions, not list prices.
